Craig Clermont has a degree in economics and is a Senior Account Executive for Konica Minolta’s legal division. Craig enjoys helping his clients run their business more efficiently and is a life-long student of decision making and strategy.

The Inclusion and Team Decision Making Seminar is the first of its kind to provide easy to implement action steps for decision-making teams to improve the retention and engagement of historically marginalized individuals. It also summarizes how to make diversity initiatives more effective and provides some key considerations for women in decision-making teams. The material is based on the latest data from the EEOC, as well as research papers from leading social scientists and economists.

HR managers, Diversity Managers, and Managing Partners will each walk away with new tools to apply in their practice.
